Description
Dog Breed: Basset Hound. Adoption Fee: $450. This handsome 4 yr old male neutered basset hound is very energetic and friendly but gently lets you know his boundaries when needed. He is good with kids, and other dogs (not sure on cats). Whiskey loves the dog park, playing with toys, and going for walks- he’s very playful. Whiskey walks well on leash and doesn’t bark much or pull. He has some separation anxiety, is potty trained but has accidents and is anxious when left alone.He doesn’t mind a crate although his foster parents haven’t left him in it closed. Being very food motivated, Whiskey counter and table "surfs" unapologetically to steal food. He needs some work on manners, but he is very sweet and loves to snuggle. He sits for treats and comes when called (mostly).
