Description
Dog Breed: Pomeranian / Chihuahua / Mixed (medium coat). **Senna** Senna is a one-year-old Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix with a big personality. She loves her stuffed toys, often carrying them around and inviting you to play with them. When she's happy, her whole body wags. Senna enjoys car rides, walks, and running in the sun. Like many small terriers, she can be possessive of her toys, so it’s best to put them away when other dogs are present. She has never shared her things, making her protective. Senna might do best as an only dog, but she lived with her mom and sister before and has missed them. With time and the right introductions, she may adjust well to friendly dogs. Senna is young, healthy, and up to date on vaccines. She has been spayed and eats a species-appropriate, human-grade diet. We’ll provide all the information needed to keep her healthy. Senna is a total lovebug. She loves people!! She loves to be held and cuddled, to have playtime and outdoor time, to go for walks, and to be the center of your world. She will thrive with people who have the time, the willingness, and the commitment to give Senna the best life possible. Senna is a talker. She likes to communicate with her person and loves it when you respond in kind. I swear she is using her own language. If she needs something, she will let you know. This girl is a special, special pup. **Adopting Senna** To adopt Senna, please use the link below. One of our volunteers will review your application and follow up with you to ask questions, address any concerns, and determine whether you are a good match for this pup. If a match is made, the next step will be a meet-and-greet. Please use a computer to complete the application, as tablets and cell phones may disrupt the process. Tucker has transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble and focuses on a healthy, canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition. The adoption fee for Senna is $595 and includes spay, vaccines, rabies, and microchip .rompinpawsrescue

More About Chiranian BreedOverview:
The Chiranian, also affectionately known as a "Pomchi," is a charming hybrid breed resulting from the cross between a Chihuahua and a Pomeranian. Originating from designer breed efforts to combine the desirable traits of both parents, this small companion dog typically inherits a compact size, usually weighing between 4-10 pounds. Their physical appearance can vary, often featuring the long, soft coat of a Pomeranian in various colors, coupled with the alert, expressive eyes of a Chihuahua. Temperamentally, Chiranians are generally affectionate, lively, and intelligent, though they can exhibit a "big dog" personality in a small package, sometimes prone to being vocal. They are highly adaptable, making them an excellent choice for apartment living and can be suitable for families with older, respectful children. Health-wise, like many small breeds, they can be prone to dental issues, luxating patellas, and tracheal collapse, making regular veterinary check-ups essential for a long, happy life.
