Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Meet Marty This handsome, sweet boy will totally steal your heart! He is just an all around awesome dog!!! Marty has so many amazing qualities about him: He is very well mannered, loving, sweet, gentle, friendly and smart. Such a happy and laid back boy. Marty is also 5 years old. He will be the most loyal dog there is and will be your best friend If you sit down on the ground, there’s a very high chance he will lay down right in front of you. He is dog friendly and was non reactive to all the dogs we passed. Just no cats. Does amazing on the leash!! So easy to get the leash on him too. He is potty trained. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
