We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Trisha is a beautiful 2-year-old terrier mix weighing about 3 lbs, and she’s the definition of sweet and gentle. She has a calm, loving presence and a heart full of affection just waiting to be shared. Trisha’s hobbies include receiving belly rubs and entertaining herself with her toys. She also enjoys spending time in the backyard—sniffing around, exploring new scents, or simply laying in the sun and soaking up the day. She’s an easy going girl who appreciates the simple joys in life. She does well with other dogs and is good with kids, making her a wonderful fit for an individual, couple, or family. While she has bursts of energy and the occasional zoomies, she is also happy to sleep and relax for most of the day. At this time, Trisha isn’t comfortable walking on a leash and she can get uneasy when venturing outside the home. With patience and positive training, she may grow to enjoy walks and outings in the future. While she is potty trained, she will only relieve herself in the safety of a backyard. Because of this, she will need a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore and take care of her bathroom needs. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion who will happily keep you company and fill your home with warmth, Trisha could be the perfect match. She truly will make a wonderful lifelong friend. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully up to date on her vaccines. Her adoption fee is $300. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
