Description
Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Approx. DOB: 1/15/23 Weight: 18.5 Lbs Adoption Fee: $275 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! Casee Jo is a three year old Chiweenie and is a total lovebug! She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly with a little sweet talking. Once she warms up, she loves sitting in your lap and cuddling, even resting her head against your shoulder. She will follow you everywhere! Casee Jo is in a foster home with three other dogs and gets along well with each of them. She walks well on a leash and appears to be house broken. She is crate trained, but is currently sleeping in bed with her foster parents. She has shown little interest in dog toys/chews but that may change over time. She is not treat or food motivated but will come when you call her name. She knows some basic commands such as stay. A home with a fenced yard is a must. She would make a welcome addition to any family! I have been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped. Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
