Dog Breed: Hound / Terrier / Mixed. Bobby is a 6-month-old hound mix weighing in at around 37 pounds, with a big heart and even bigger future ahead of him. Though it is always a guess, but we are estimating that this beautiful boy is likely to grow into a large size companion of anywhere up to 60 pounds, but do not worry, he is happy to share the couch. Not much is known about his past, but it is safe to say that his southern charm will sweep you off your feet. Bobby enjoys spending time with his humans as well as being with other dogs. He is a shy guy that can stressed when introduced into new situations and environments. Bobby will require patience from his family to give him understanding and space as he learns to adapt. He would do best in a home of either no children or children over the age of 5. He has not yet had the chance to meet cats, so his relationship with them is unknown at this time. As a young guy, Bobby has typical puppy energy and curiosity but is eager to learn. His leash training is in progress. A little routine, and regular practice will go a long way in helping this golden boy reach his full potential. Bobby is already house and crate trained. It is important to remember that although Bobby is housetrained accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Bobby has been dreaming big, making his way all the way from South Carolina to Connecticut and is ready for his happily ever after.
