Description
Dog Breed: Unknown breed (medium coat). Meet Yuta! This happy little fella is so fun! Yuta is a social and playful boy who loves all people. He gets along with other dogs too. He is still young - only around 11 months and weighs around 15 lbs. He is an active boy and no couch potato. He will love going on adventures with you. Yuta is still a pup and learning the basics so his new family will need to be committed to training with him. A home with a yard will be best for him - he can cry a bit when he needs to spend some time alone and that does not work well in an apartment. Yuta can be an only dog, or live with another playful dog - he will be ok either way. He has not been around cats so we recommend him for a cat-free home. Children over 7 are best as he is still a bouncy bean. Yuta will be vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $525 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
