Dog Breed: Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie / Norfolk Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). GiGi is a tiny survivor with a big heart. After being dumped, this sweet girl spent nearly two weeks fending for herself outside before landing safely in rescue. That experience made her a little cautious at first, but once GiGi knows she&rsquo;s safe, her loving personality shines through. GiGi is about 9 months old and weighs around 12 lbs. She is kennel trained, though she currently sleeps with her foster mom and does great. She&rsquo;s in foster care with other dogs and cats and is learning that life indoors is a good (and cozy!) place to be. GiGi is still leash-walked outside for potty breaks and continues to make progress each day. She is sweet, gentle, and slow to warm up, so she&rsquo;ll need a patient, understanding family willing to give her the time and reassurance she needs to feel secure. Once she does, GiGi becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal, soaking up love and companionship.
