Description
Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Please contact Diane Pedulla (dianepluckydoganimalrescue) for more information about this pet. small sweetie seeking adventure! BRANDON NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Brandon Best Guess for Breed: Chihuahua and terrier mix Best Guess for Age: 9 months as of February 2026 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 14 lbs as of 11/21/25 - he is still growing! Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Brandon would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. See this cutie in this video! - .youtube/shorts/T2bvxz_9Oq8 Brandon is Looking For: Hi! I'm Brandon. Me and my sister Perla are satos from Puerto Rico. Growing up together has been great but now we're ready to split up and get our own human families. I'm looking for adventure! Lots of sniffy walks and romps with pup pals and world exploration. My legs may be little but they're sturdy I have all that great young-dog energy! Most of all, though, I want to always be safe and loved, to always know where I belong. I promise so much love and loyalty in return. What do you say? Do I get to go home with you? What My Foster Says About Me: Brandon is a high energy boy who is very treat motivated. Finish one game and Brandon is ready for another. He had a great time at doggy day camp where he could run, play with toys (brightly colored balls are his favorites) and play tag with the other dogs. When told playtime was over, Brandon went nicely into his kennel for some quiet time. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
