Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Fill out an Adoption Application Handsome Coal… We saved this handsome soul hours before he was to be euthanized in a rural shelter. He had come in as an emaciated stray several months earlier. Of course we got him right to the vet and he is now neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, chipped and being treated for heartworms. This sweet boy is under 50lbs, between 1-2 years old, and now has a new love of indoor living. He is safe and sound with our friends at Dog Boarding at the Beach but would benefit from a foster home or forever home to help achieve becoming the best doggy version of himself . He loves the female dogs at daycare, and spent the weekend with a small bossy male dog where he had no problems. He may need proper intros to males his size who want to be alpha. Coal is a quiet, sweet boy who is grateful for a second chance to find his forever home. Coal is located in Myrtle Beach SC. Approved application, home visit, and adoption donation of $275 required.
