Description

Dog Breed: Husky / Mixed (medium coat). Zorro is a stunning brindle Alaskan Husky mix with the kind of eyes that stop people in their tracks. He is a handsome boy who seems to have lived with other large dogs before and has shown himself to be calm and comfortable around them. He is easy to walk on leash, though if Zorro had his way, walks would mostly consist of short outings followed by extended cuddle sessions. Affection is very much his priority. Zorro is gentle when taking treats and has displayed a wonderfully easygoing nature. He has even politely ignored our shelter's wild turkey neighbors! He also appears to be quite familiar with cars. In fact, during a recent outing, Zorro confidently hopped into a volunteer's car the moment the door opened, clearly assuming he was being sprung from the premises. (He was temporarily disappointed, but handled it well.) Zorro would love nothing more than a forever person of his own, someone who will take him on car rides, give him the stability he deserves, and most importantly, never bring him back to the shelter.
