Dog Breed: Cattle Dog / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed. When her littermates were weighing in at 4 to 6 pounds, was just over one. Yes. One pound. We watched her closely in those early weeks. Sometimes the smallest puppy can struggle. Sometimes they fail to thrive. never did. She never acted weak. She never fell behind. She never stopped keeping up with her siblings. She has always held her own. She is sweet. She is happy. She is playful. She eats well. She keeps up with the group like it’s her job. Being the most petite in the litter has never slowed her down. Small does not mean fragile. It does not mean behind. It does not mean less. It just means she’s compact and mighty. We would absolutely love to see her find her forever home. Could it be you? Yaz arrived and is settling into her Massachusetts foster home very well! She tolerated her bath - maybe even enjoyed it a little; loves toys and can entertain herself with them. Yaz had a great time exploring the yard, smelled all the smells, went back to smell again! She is curious, confident, happy, loving, playful - the perfect puppy! Yaz is very excited to be with the resident dogs! We'll be working on puppy manners, proper introductions and walking on leash with the pack! This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)
