Dog Breed: Flat-coated Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed. This handsome boy spent his days waiting in a shelter, and now he's soaking up ocean breezes and freedom on his very first day out. At 2 years old and about 55 pounds of cuddly black fluff, Harlon is the total package. We think he may be a Chow / Border Collie mix, which would explain his gorgeous coat and sweet, attentive nature. He's great with other dogs, potty trained, and easy on the leash - basically the kind of guy you can take anywhere.
