Dog Breed: Border Collie / Mixed. Chip (AL) is the softest, sweetest cookie you will ever find! Have you ever had a cookie that would love you back? Chip will! Chip (AL) is a female puppy to Luna (AL) who came to rescue at about 4 weeks old and 3.13lbs after she, her mom, and siblings were rescued from living as strays outside. It was reported to us that mom had been dumped about two years ago and had adopted the neighborhood kids, and so everyone there fed her in return. While we do not know who dad is, her siblings and mom are all with RDR NYC now and we believe mom to be a possible Border Collie blend with one blue eye. Chip herself has one eye that is half blue!! Chip is living in foster and ready to start looking for her forever home as we would love to have a home waiting for her when she is ready to join her new family. She is good with other dogs, kids, and we cannot imagine a cat would be an issue at this tender age.
