Dog Breed: Siberian Husky / Mixed (medium coat). Leia is a sweet, medium-sized husky in her golden years — a little grey in the face, a little floppy in one ear, and completely amazing. In her kennel, she howls the saddest howl. At home, fosters say she doesn’t make a peep. She just needed somewhere to belong. Leia doesn’t need much. She’s not asking for a big backyard or an adventurous lifestyle (though she will happily join you on a hike ??). She just needs someone to come home to. Here’s the thing about Leia — she’s already done the hard work for you: - Walks beautifully on leash - Good with other dogs - Zero noise overnight — fosters say she’s a dream - Perfectly medium-sized (the goldilocks of dogs) - Close to perfectly behaved She’s a day trip all-star.
