Louie was abandoned on Thanksgiving, and a kind neighbor took him in so he wouldn&rsquo;t be left out in the cold. Sadly, that same neighbor is now dealing with serious medical issues and can no longer care for him. With no other options, Louie was brought to a kill shelter in Tennessee. That&rsquo;s when Eleventh Hour Rescue stepped in and said, &ldquo;Not on our watch.&rdquo; Now Louie is getting his second chance&mdash;and he&rsquo;s ready to trade survival mode for a real home.
