Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Cash! Sweet Cash is a lovely 4.5 month old Lab Mix. He is everything that you would think a Lab would be - smart, social, loving, hilarious and eager to learn. From his foster mom: Cash is a wonderful dog — a quick learner, eager to please, smart, affectionate, and playful. He loves people and other dogs. We have a 5½-year-old dog whom he adores; they wrestle together, and Cash happily follows him around. Cash also does a lovely job settling himself during quiet moments. When we are working on our computers or cooking in the kitchen, he entertains himself contentedly with toys or lays nearby. His potty training has improved tremendously during the time we’ve had him. He now signals clearly when he needs to go outside. He is comfortable in his crate, where he naps several times a day, and he has already made meaningful progress with separation anxiety. He will need continued training in this area, but his improvement in a short period of time has been impressive. He is also calm and relaxed in the car. Spending some time alone is something that will need continued and gentle work. In the ten days we’ve had him, we’ve seen significant growth across the board. In short, Cash is an extraordinary dog who will thrive with an active owner willing to continue his training. Given how eager he is to learn and to bond with a family, he has all the makings of a truly wonderful adult dog with consistent structure and guidance. Cash is vaccinated, neutered, chipped and dewormed. His adoption fee is $525 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.
