Sprinkles, female, 12 week Belgian Malinois mix, weighs 10lbs Sprinkles is an adorable puppy that is smart and affectionate. She loves her treats, so training is going to be a breeze as she gets a little older. This sweet girl enjoys playing with her toys, bathing in sunbeams and is always ready to share her puppy kisses. She already knows a few basic commands. She sleeps in her crate, is working hard on her house training and starting to learn about a leash. Sprinkles is hoping for a family (also loves kids) that likes to get out and about. She will also love some puppy training classes so she can show you how smart she is. We are located at S47 W30760 State Road 59, North Prairie, WI As always, we never guarantee the breed OR the size they'll be as an adult. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
