But here’s the thing about Biscuit: even under all that neglect, he never stopped being a happy, friendly, ridiculously lovable boy. His tail wagged. His eyes sparkled. He greeted every person and every dog like they were longlost friends. Now that he’s safe, Biscuit is rocking his glow-up after a much needed trip to the salon. Now that his mats are gone, his handsome self is shining so brightly you may need sunglasses. Biscuit is the whole package: Great with people, great with other dogs and even cats; playful, goofy, and full of joy, a big boy with an even bigger heart.
