Description
Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Hi there friends! My name is Ariat and I am almost 5 years old. I am the sweetest girl ever that loves to meet people! I am so friendly and want my belly rubbed. I am easy to walk, but you do need to guide me because I am blind. My owner told staff that I was born blind, but there are times we question if I can see shadows! I was surrendered to the shelter due to financial reasons, and I was well loved in my old home! I do well with other dogs but I am cautious to meet new dogs because of my lack of vision. I booped my nose into a cat at the shelter, and while I was curious about what I was smelling, I eventually wanted to walk away! I would also do well in a home with kids that are respectful of my senior self! Please come out to meet me! I would love to snuggle in your lap for some love and those good ol booty scratches!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at infoawlwarsaw if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!
