What My Foster Says About Me: Little Lady is an incredibly sweet, earnest, and gentle dog who has wowed us with her amazing set of skills to go with her lovely personality. She’s doing great with house training, crate training, leash training, socializing, and cuddling. She loves other dogs and people. Little Lady has an easy confidence, she is very polite when greeting other dogs, sometimes laying on the ground for them to approach her, and has not been bothered by noises and activities in a busy DC neighborhood. After a sniffy walk and some food, she’ll curl up on her dog bed in the crate and chill. She strikes a perfect balance between activity and rest. Little Lady is a smart girl who aims to please, she’s taken readily to learning to sit and is working on down and stay. She is both food- and affection-motivated. It’s easy to recognize that she is so grateful to have some love and a safe place to live. Sometimes, she gets the most adorable zoomies and just wants to share all the joy she has.
