Dog Breed: Shih Tzu / Mixed (medium coat). Neesa is with our rescue partner in Louisiana and can come to NJ if a foster or adopter steps up for her. Meet Neesa Six years old, 12 pounds, and pure Shih Tzu sass! Neesa and her brother Wicket were heartbreakingly dumped on the side of the road—but this brave girl never gave up. After a trip to the groomer, she looks (and feels) brand new! Neesa loves her food, enjoys car rides, gets along with other dogs, and is a total lap lover. She’s house-trained, affectionate, and always ready to share her sweet Shih Tzu charm—with just a touch of bossiness. Now she’s looking for her second chance at love and forever cuddles. Could that be you? Neesa is up to date on vaccines and is fixed. Her adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
