After her owner passed away, she spent over a week alone in the home without food or water. Despite the fear and isolation of those days, this girl has emerged with a heart that is still full of hope and a tail that hasn't stopped wagging for her rescuers. She is currently a little underweight and is looking for a patient home where she can focus on healing and learning to be a dog again.. Spotty has a big heart and thrived on the bond she had with her previous owner; she is now ready to transfer that deep-seated loyalty to a new family. Because she has always lived in a multi-dog household, she finds her greatest confidence when she has a canine brother or sister to lean on. Spotty’s ideal home is one that understands she needs time to decompress and a steady routine to help her body recover.
