Dog Breed: Pug (short coat). Please read the pet description IN IT'S ENTIRETY before applying. Thank you for your cooperation. PREGNANT - NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 3/12/2026: Mrs. Puggles - female - approx 5 yeas old - 14.2 pounds - Pug Reason for intake: Mrs. Puggles came in with Mr. Puggles from animal control in another parish. We believe Mr. Puggles is the son of Mrs. Puggles and possibly the daddy to the puppies she is carrying. Mrs. Puggles has had MULTIPLE LITTERS in her life as is evidenced by some of her teats that are about 2 inches long. We may have to have our vet do some reconstructive surgery on the poor girl after she weans her LAST litter. We estimate her approximate due date is March 31 give or take. Stay tuned! NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption. Please wait until the dog is available for adoption.
