Dog Breed: Unknown breed. My wife just became pregnant 7 weeks ago and I’m afraid our playful cane corso mix might be a little too much for her I’m in fear for my wife and our baby on the way. Roscoe’s a very good boy, a great looking dog almost looks like a chocolate lab but his mom was a black and brindled purebred cane corso and we don’t know what the father was. He knows many tricks and he’s house trained when he doesn’t have the zoomies. He’s less than a year and a half old and he’s fixed. He does get in these playful moods where he gets a little mouthy and he takes little bites with you they don’t hurt and you could put your hand in his mouth and you can tell he doesn’t want to hurt you but some guests get scared when he does that we never encourage it but we could never get him to stop that I always distract him really quick with fetch or tug a war and he’ll stop acting like that. He’s crate trained and he’s always been good with other dogs. He’s very energetic he loves hikes and runs. He’s not fully leash trained yet I always let him free roam when I hike up here in big bear. He’s a very loyal dog I’ve had him since a puppy. We’ve been trying to work on him jumping up on people he doesn’t do it with me but he does it to my wife. The other day he was excited to see us pick him up from my parents house and he fully sprinted and jumped paws first into my wife’s stomach. That and the lunging when he’s on a leash when he sees a cat or squirrel is too much for her. We don’t have a yard and we’ve been talking about building one but our HOA won’t even let us leave him outside during the day because of the noise we don’t know what to do but I love my poor bubba I need him to find a good home.
