She is a sweet girl who is a little shy at first but will give kisses once she warms up. She will need some work on house training. She is doing really well on leash. Carmello is up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines, microchipped, current on preventatives and spayed. Overview:
The Cocker Spaniel, a beloved breed with roots in the United Kingdom, was originally bred as a gundog to flush out woodcock. They are instantly recognizable by their medium size, typically weighing 20-30 pounds, their luxurious, often wavy coat (which comes in a variety of colors), and their long, expressive ears that frame their gentle, eager-to-please eyes. Known for their merry and affectionate temperament, Cockers are generally good-natured, intelligent, and relatively easy to train, making them an excellent choice for families with children and even first-time dog owners. While adaptable, their moderate exercise needs can be met with daily walks and playtime, making them suitable for apartment living as long as they receive sufficient mental and physical stimulation.
