At just 10 months old and 34 lbs, this mixed breed girl brings the kind of energy that feels like a clear, sunny day. She has that perfect balance of playful puppy spirit and gentle companionship, making her a joy to be around whether you’re out having fun or relaxing at home. House and crate trained, moderately energetic, and not much of a barker, Skye fits into a home as naturally as sunlight through an open window. She’s incredibly smart, eager to learn, and already picking up new tricks with ease. True to her name, Skye lights up every room she walks into. She absolutely adores kids and is happiest when she’s soaking up love and attention from her people. Her joy is contagious—once you meet her, it’s hard not to smile. She also LOVES other dogs and would thrive with a furry friend to run and play with. Her current bestie is Midnight the playful pup! Cats are still an unknown, but her easygoing and friendly personality suggests she may do well with the right introduction. Skye’s past may have had some clouds—she was sadly abandoned in a home before coming into rescue—but she hasn’t let that dim her spirit. Instead, she shines even brighter, full of love, trust, and hope for what’s ahead. She’s ready for a forever family who will see her for the light she is and give her the life she truly deserves. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter.
