Dog Breed: Maltese / Mixed. Chicken Little Meet Chicken Little, A.K.A Chicky! Chicky is a young Maltese mix that is full of snuggles and loves playing with her people! Chicky is very motivated by food and in the short time she has been in a foster home, has learned how to sit, tell her humans when she has to go potty and responds well to gentle reminders and the word "no". When Chicky isn't playing with a toy or chewing her bones, she loves sitting on your lap or close by on a blanket. Chicky is currently in a home with a small dog and 2 cats. Chicky loves playing with other dogs and is very gentle. Chicky initially thought cats wanted to play with her too. However, with gentle reminders, she is also calm around cats and does well in the same house. Even though Chicky has a slightly deformed paw, it doesn't slow her down! She enjoys going going for short walks and even does well in a stroller for longer walks. She is crate trained at night and also does well sleeping with her favorite kids. If you are looking for a small, sweet Pup who is good with other dogs, kids and humans- Chicky is ready for her forever home!
