Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Dash! Dash is a handsome, goofy black Lab mix, around 1 year old, who was rescued just in the nick of time from an overcrowded shelter. This fun-loving boy is full of energy and may come in a little hot at first—but give him a minute to get moving, and he settles into a great rhythm. With the right outlet, Dash strikes a wonderful balance between playful and easygoing. He’s looking for an active family that will include him in their daily adventures—whether that’s walks, hikes, or just being your sidekick wherever you go. Dash is a friendly, social pup who enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely do well with kids, though his bouncy enthusiasm may be best suited for a home that can handle his zest for life.
