Description
Dog Breed: Terrier. . Here’s a cute, heart-melting bio you can use : Meet Harry Harry is a sweet, snuggly little pup with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. With his soft fur, curious eyes, and playful spirit, he’s the kind of puppy who will follow you around just to be near you—and maybe sneak in a cuddle or two. He’s still learning about the world, but he’s already a pro at giving kisses and making everyone smile. Harry loves playtime, cozy naps, and being told he’s a good boy (which he absolutely is). Right now, Harry is waiting for his forever home—but he urgently needs a foster in San Diego to keep him safe and loved while he waits. Even a short-term foster would mean the world to this little guy. If you’ve got room in your heart (and your home), Harry is ready to fill it with love. Please note we do not usually adopt outside of San Diego County and surrounding areas.

Breed overview
Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
