Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Raspy is a male Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. He is 1-2 years old. He has a white to cream colored coat, and is a little guy, who is timid, but very sweet. Raspy was rescued from a home with far too many dogs.
