Meet Belle Starr Belle Starr came to us with her sister Suzy and Mommy Molly where she was born in a homeless encampment in Perris. She has a rough start but she is getting love every day and learning to be a puppy full of energy and love. We estimate her date of birth to be February 20,2026 so she will be available to adoption n April 20, 2026. Belle Starr has a sweet little personality. She loves to wiggle butt and give kisses. She is working on potty training and loves playing with her foster friends of all ages. While generally good-natured and loyal, their high energy levels and need for mental stimulation make them best suited for active families or individuals who can provide consistent training and plenty of exercise; they are generally not ideal for apartment living.
