And when he looks at you with that deep, soul-piercing gaze, you’ll feel like he truly sees you. Manny is a lower-energy pup who prefers connection over chaos. He’s quiet, thoughtful, and content to stay close to his people. His recall is strong, he gets a little excited with cats and would be best in a cat free home, he is very neutral with chickens. He approaches the world with a calm curiosity that makes him easy to live with. Manny will do fine in a home with or without a fenced in yard. He’s food motivated and wonderfully quick to learn, which makes training feel like a shared success rather than a challenge. Show him what you’d like, and he’s eager to understand. His eagerness has allowed for swift crate training, although he’s still perfecting the potty training.
