Dog Breed: Poodle (Miniature) / Schnauzer / Mixed (long coat). Meet Nezuko! Nezuko is an approximately one-year-old, 11-pound ball of fluff and love! We are guessing some sort of Poodle/Schnauzer mix? Nezuko found her way to the shelter after being passed around to a few different families who did not want her. Nezuko was adopted from our shelter a few months back, and recently returned as she was not a fit with the resident dogs in the home, who were quite a bit older. Nezuko was reportedly stealing food and toys from the other dogs. She may be best as an only pet, or with a family that is experienced in these resource-guarding issues. Nezuko's former adopter said she is a "velcro" dog who wants to be by your side, always, She rides well in the car, did good at the groomer, and is potty-trained and doggy-door trained. Nezuko is a bit shy with new people (especially men) but warms up quickly and will soon be following you around and staying right by your side. When Nezuko isn't busy socializing with her humans, she's sniffing and exploring in the yard, or showing off her super-cute zoomies! How can anyone resist this face?! Nezuko may have struck out several times already on finding her forever family, but we are happy to have her back here at Chi Town, and we are sure the next time will be forever!
