Description
Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat). This is little Aidan. He's a Heeler mix born 2/21/2026. He is a very sweet boy that is happiest when he is with you. He is like a little shadow that just quietly follows you around. He is currently still sleeping with his brothers and sisters at night, but will soon be transitioning to a kennel so he's ready for his new home. He loves all people, kids and other dogs and is an overall happy pup. Aidan is just starting to work on potty training, and is doing well so far! He is just a little love, and will make a fabulous companion for any family!! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $625.00

A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
