Dog Breed: Chihuahua. Meet Cooper, a Chihuahua born on 4/12/2018. He is a lazy boy who likes to lay on the couch watch TV and ride on a golf cart. He will need to be a low-fat food until he loses some weight. He would do great as a fuzzy friend. He is slightly shy when he first meets you but will quickly warm up to you and stick by your side.
