Dog Breed: Siberian Husky (medium coat). The African meaning of Kisha is strength and beauty, and cinnamon in Hebrew. Our Kisha is all three... Potty trained. Very dog friendlyâwas instantly smitten with one of her foster mom's dogs. Walks easily on loose leash. Had to be lifted into the car but settled in. A little shy around new people, but good with kids. Liked the wading pool. Small growth on her eye will hopefully be removed when she is spayed. The Siberian Husky is a striking and beloved breed, originating from Northeast Asia where they were bred by the Chukchi people for pulling sleds over long distances in harsh conditions. Their temperament is typically friendly, outgoing, and playful, making them generally good with children and other dogs. However, their independent and sometimes stubborn nature, coupled with a strong prey drive, means consistent training and secure containment are essential.
