Dog Breed: Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Belinda a Terrier mix, born 2/8/26, may be the tiniest of her siblings, but don’t let her size fool you—this little girl has plenty of sass and personality packed into her petite frame! She knows exactly what she wants (especially when it comes to mealtime and treats), and she’s not shy about showing her excitement. When it’s time to wind down, Belinda is the perfect mix of cuddly and independent. Some naps are best spent snuggled up close, while others she prefers to enjoy on her own like the confident little princess she is. She’s currently working hard on potty training and is doing a great job hitting her puppy pads. She’s also learning that going outside comes with a pretty sweet reward (treats, of course!), and she’s catching on quickly. And let’s talk about those ears—Belinda’s adorable ears sit right on top of her head and are just starting to tilt toward each other in the cutest way. Paired with her tiny “Doberman-style” eyebrows and her beautiful coat, she truly is a little showstopper. Belinda is a playful, spunky, and loving pup who’s ready to bring joy, laughs, and a little bit of attitude to her forever home. If you’re looking for a small dog with a big personality, Belinda is your girl. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
