Despite her start, Mulan has nothing but love to give and a bright, fun personality. She&rsquo;s incredibly friendly and does great with both people and other dogs. Mulan loves to play, especially with toys, and has that fun, silly puppy energy that makes her such a joy to be around. She&rsquo;s affectionate, outgoing, and always ready for whatever the day brings.
