Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (medium coat). I’m a little guy with a big need for patience. When we first meet, I might hang back, watching you carefully, taking everything in. I’m not the type to rush into new friendships. I like to have an adjustment period, a chance to figure out who you are and whether the world around me feels safe. My crate is my comfort zone. It’s my little den, my quiet place where I can relax and just be. If things feel overwhelming, that’s where I’ll go to reset. But once I’ve had time to settle in and build a bond with you, I really do love being with my people. I’ll stick close, follow you around, and enjoy just sharing space together. I’m also a professional napper. Give me a soft spot and some peace, and I’m out like a light. It’s one of my favorite ways to spend the day. Other dogs? I’m actually pretty okay with them. I might take a moment to warm up there too, but I’m open to meeting new canine friends at my own pace .I may be small and a little cautious at first, but if you give me time, I’ll show you a loyal, gentle companion who just wants to feel safe and loved.
