After losing his previous owner, he’s understandably a bit confused—but through it all, his sweet and gentle nature shines right through. Bamm-Bamm shows all the signs of having been truly loved in his previous home. Bamm-Bamm is incredibly smart and has already shown how adaptable he can be. Despite having never been walked on a leash, he’s picked up leash walking like a pro and now enjoys taking in all the neighborhood smells on his daily strolls. He’s potty trained and gets along great with other dogs. While he’s not a fan of the crate, he makes up for it with his loving personality and easygoing demeanor. Bamm-Bamm has formed especially strong bonds with men and tends to gravitate towards men, but he’s still sweet and accepting of women. If you’re looking for a sweet, resilient little companion to share your days with, Bamm-Bamm might just be your perfect match. Despite their tiny stature, Chihuahuas possess a big personality; they are often described as spirited, alert, and fiercely loyal to their owners, sometimes displaying a bold and confident demeanor. While their small size makes them exceptionally well-suited for apartment living, they thrive in homes where they receive ample attention and mental stimulation. They can be good family pets for older children who understand how to interact gently with a small dog, but their delicate build makes them less suitable for boisterous toddlers. Regarding health, Chihuahuas can be prone to certain conditions like patellar luxation, heart problems, and dental issues, making regular veterinary check-ups crucial for their well-being.
