Her amazing foster parents saved her from the âAt-Riskâ list to give her a safe space to continue searching for her forever home! Tiffany loves to relax, snuggle, and roam around. Sheâs amazing on a leash and in the home. City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Tuesday through Friday, noon to 6pm Saturday, noon to 4pm 918-669-6280
