Dog Breed: Beagle / Mixed. Meet Gypsy – Your New Best Friend! Gypsy is a lovable 2-year-old 17lb Beagle mix with a heart full of love and a personality that will quickly steal yours. This sweet girl is happiest when she’s close to her person, whether that means snuggling on the couch or following you from room to room. She’s doing great with house manners and will let you know when she needs to go out by heading to the door, though she has occasionally used pee pads. Crate training is still a work in progress, but with a little patience (and a few tasty treat bribes), she’s well on her way to mastering it. Gypsy enjoys the simple joys in life, especially when the weather is nice and it’s time for multiple daily walks. She also has a playful side and will bring you her favorite toy when she’s ready for some fun. Once she’s had her playtime, she’s perfectly content to settle down and relax. She already knows several commands like “come,” “sit,” “no,” and “outside,” and is currently working on “down” and “shake.” With continued guidance, Gypsy has so much potential to learn and grow. Gypsy is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and microchipped. She will be ready for adoption on or after 4/26/26 through Paws Across Pittsburgh.
