Dog Breed: Husky / Mixed. Nyx is a 3-month-old 13lb Husky mix, and he’s just beginning his journey to find a loving home. Like most puppies his age, Nyx is still learning, but he’s already off to a great start. He’s adjusted well in his foster home, sleeps soundly in his crate, and is following a consistent potty schedule. He’ll still need an adopter committed to continuing his training and helping him grow. Nyx has a sweet, affectionate side and loves to snuggle. He does well with his foster dog siblings and would likely enjoy a home with another friendly pup. He hasn’t been around cats yet, but he’s young enough that he can be trained to coexist with them if introduced properly and given consistent guidance. He could also do well with kids, though it’s important to keep in mind that he is teething, so those little puppy teeth can be sharp. Overall, Nyx is an easygoing, pleasant pup who is expected to adjust well in a variety of loving homes. Experience with Huskies is a bonus, and we encourage anyone interested to research the breed to make sure it’s a good fit. With the right support and environment, Nyx has all the potential to grow into a happy, confident companion.
