Dog Breed: Australian Kelpie / Mixed. This pup will be available to meet starting on 5/9 This petite girl with her adorable little nub tail is as gentle and loving as they come. Annie has a low energy, easygoing personality and is happiest just hanging out by your side. She is gentle, dainty, and super sweet, the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much but gives so much love in return. She is housetrained and, per her previous owner, does well with dogs and kids. Annie gets along nicely with other dogs and has no issues sharing treats. She would do best in a cat free home. Annie walks well on leash and has lovely manners, making her an easy companion to bring along for calm strolls or relaxing days at home. She was surrendered due to life changes and is now ready for a fresh start and a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. A home with a yard would be perfect for her to explore at her own pace and enjoy the simple things in life. Annie is a truly special little sweetheart who is ready to put her best paw forward into a new life filled with love, comfort, and companionship. When we do, it will be updated here. This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.
