Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat). Sassafras is a 3-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing 17 lbs, and she’s as sweet as her name! This adorable girl is friendly with both dogs and kids, making her a wonderful fit for many different types of families. She has a fun, happy personality and loves being around people. Whether she’s joining you for playtime, relaxing by your side, or making new furry friends, Sassafras is just happy to be included. She’s the perfect size for both cuddles and adventures! Sassafras is scheduled to be spayed and will be up to date on her shots before arriving in NJ on 5/3. Her current foster in KY says she is well on her way to being fully house trained. She was found as a stray and is now ready to find her forever home and start her next chapter with a family who will love her as much as she’ll love them.
