Dog Breed: Australian Kelpie / Mixed (medium coat). After raising her puppies and helping them all find loving homes, Frida is enjoying her time off mama dog duty. She’s a low energy girl who walks beautifully on leash and is perfectly happy to entertain herself and do her own thing. Her favorite hobby is sniffing around for lost treats. Frida LOVES treats. She takes them gently from your hand, and will start to hover on two legs if you make her wait too long to eat one. She doesn’t know any tricks yet, but with her love of treats she’s sure to be motivated to learn some. Frida is happy to be pet, and she’ll give you a couple of sweet kisses in return, but she’s also super easygoing and doesn’t need constant attention. All she needs is a comfortable home, lots of snacks, and a person to share her days with. She’s done well with other dogs in shelter playgroups, and it seems like she’d enjoy having doggy siblings. Frida is so ready to start her next chapter in life in a loving home. This sweet girl is all about the simple things.
