Banchan’s story began on the busy streets of New York City, where he was found wandering alone in search of food, safety, and a kind hand. He was brought to the ACC in Queens, and while he wasn’t in poor condition, just underweight, it was clear he had once belonged to someone. Sadly, no one ever came forward to claim him—and his future was looking uncertain. But once we saw his big smiling face, we know we had to step in to help Banchan get his second chance to find the loving home he truly deserves. This handsome boy is as happy-go-lucky and affectionate as they come. Banchan absolutely adores people and will happily soak up all the love and attention you're willing to give—then return it tenfold with endless kisses and tail wags, and lifelong devotion. Banchan approaches life with pure joy and enthusiasm. He's the kind of dog who's always ready for the next adventure, whether that's a hike on the trails, a long neighborhood walk, a beach day, or simply joining his family for whatever fun the day brings. With his zest for life and eagerness to be involved, he'd thrive with an active family looking for a loyal companion to share their adventures. This athletic young guy has an impressive play drive and never turns down a chance to enjoy his favorite games.
