We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Meet Banana! Sweet little Banana is looking for a soft place to land. This 10.5-year-old, 9-pound Chihuahua was adopted from our rescue a few years ago, but sadly returned to us through no fault of her own after her owner’s health declined. Banana is the definition of a gentle senior companion—she loves other dogs of all sizes, enjoys short walks and soaking up the sunshine, and is happiest curled up for a nap or burrowed under a cozy blanket. She is potty trained, incredibly mellow, and very low maintenance, content simply being by your side. Banana would do best in an adult-only home or one without small children where she can feel safe and relaxed. Having already lost the home she knew, she is ready to find a loving, peaceful place to call her own again. Banana is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines. Her adoption fee is $200. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
