Description
Dog Breed: Belgian Shepherd Malinois / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed. Yeti came from a situation where he was never given the chance to succeed. He previously belonged to a police officer who unfortunately did not provide the training, structure, or care Yeti needed. Instead, Yeti was tied to a tree 24/7. His entire world was limited to pacing back and forth around that tree, living in his own feces, with no shelter to protect him from harsh weather. With the amount of energy Yeti has, he was set up to fail from the start. No exercise, no stimulation, no guidance. Just confinement. He was labeled as “causing trouble” and having “too much energy,” when in reality, he was a young dog with unmet needs. Despite all of that, Yeti is learning, adjusting, and showing us who he really is when given proper care, structure, and attention.
